		<description>You know that one of Gretchen's other discoveries about happiness is that doing things that make you happy doesn't always feel good (or make you feel happy) at the time. Making the bed is a perfect example. I've been doing the same here---and dragging my tired and grumpy self out of bed early to exercise. And you know, as much as a hate it at the time, I am having much better days when I take this time for me first. :-)

No declutter tips as yet--it's an ongoing project here too. I have finally gotten the idea that it'll never be 'done' though---you'll always need to have a system to handle the inflow of stuff into our homes and lives.</description>
